Deisign Boston Terriers
Natural Whole Foods Diet

Dogs and cats have "no dietary requirement for carbohydrate"
(Merck Veterinary Manual; 8th ed., page 1628)

We feed a combination of raw whole foods and a more natural kibble.

I have been feeding raw whole foods to my dogs with great success for over 10 years now. In addition, I also recommend the nutritional supplement we use called NuVet.

Grinding Meat
If you choose to grind some meat, you can find many meat grinders for sale online. Choose a larger more powerful model if you plan on grinding larger bones. Maverick makes some nice grinders that you can purchase here.  Below is a picture I took of the of the one I use. Bigger is always better when ordering a grinder as smaller models will bind up and clog on bones.

Dry Dog Foods We Have Used and Recommend

We currently use Taste of the Wild along with raw whole foods. The dogs really love Taste of the Wild and do very well on it. We rotate between the Bison, duck and salmon formulas for added variety.
